This beautiful table cloth was embroidered by a patient at the renowned Hamlin Fistula Hospital in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
While at Hamlin for free surgery to repair fistula from giving birth, impoverished women learn how to embroider so they can return to their villages with a skill to earn money.
Ethio Sky is their only outlet to sell their goods. The women get the money for sales of their crafts made at Hamlin.
